How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is also available. International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My package hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at allthingsauracontact@gmail.com.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Are there any items I can't return?
Yes — we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
